Bryce Boyer Studio Update

The dumpster went in yesterday and the demo has begun. I snapped a few photos before the the place gets destroyed. Since most of my previous posts were shot with my iPhone, I thought I'd take some higher res. images to better show y'all how cool this building is.

i can't believe how empty it is! Now it looks like there might be room for me! Any decisions on layout yet?
